| On receiving your returned item it will be examined by us. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been resized by any other jeweler, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. All items must be mailed by USPS registered and insured. Once they are examined the return will be processed in a few days. |
